• Ask the consumer for the sale.

3. Create an easy-to-use, professional website

• Use one or two fonts, tops

• Make sure that your navigation is clear and simple, and that it’s the same on every page

• Unless your audio, video or graphics somehow enhance your message, don’t use them

• Include a newsletter opt-in form so that you can start to collect e-mail addresses

• Make it easy for the customer to make a purchase. There shouldn’t be more than two clicks between the customer and the checkout screen

4. Drive traffic to your site via search engines
